My favourites

Hihi,

The Wonder Botanica Pop-up is open for one more week.

Many things are sold out already! Here are my favourites, that I’d highly recommend getting your hands on.

First of all, Rose & Sandalwood oil.

I cannot. Tell. You. How. Gorgeous. This. Stuff. Is. It smells divine. Decadent. Sensual. Delicious. The scent lasts for hours, and, the oil itself is really soothing and healing. A+, stock up on this one!

She.

This formula was truly inspired— my Spirit Guides woke me up in the middle of the night telling me exactly where to go, to harvest the datura flowers, when to lay them out to make the flower essence (it turned out to be a supermoon!), where to find the specific crystal to make a gem essence with, and what proportions to use to combine them all wth wild rose elixir. When they showed me the resulting formula, I was blown away— It had been something I’d been working on for months. Feminine energy, softness, fluidity, surrender. How to be in flow with life, allowing emotions to come and go as they arise, how to express oneself in the moment, but under all of that, how to simply be surrendered and open-hearted and soft. I *love* this formula, and continue to take it daily.

Trust.

This takes She. to a different level. Another inspired formula (thankfully not in the middle of the night this time), that takes the concept of surrender and flow out even further to being universal. The question of how to trust the universe comes up a lot in Spirit Guide sessions that I do with people, and I’d say it’s one of the bigger spiritual questions that most of us face as humans. It’s easy to trust when things are going our way, but how to trust when they’re not? How to trust when we desperately want to wrestle control of the steering wheel because it looks like we’re heading somewhere we don’t like. What if that place we look like we’re heading is actually a shortcut though? How to trust that it’s a shortcut and leave the Universe in charge of the steering? This formula. Or a Spirit guide session with me ;) .

Beloved.

This formula was another inspired one that came about as I was sitting outside watching the flowers in my garden, thinking that I felt like I was in love with the world. In love with the trees. In love with the birds. In love with my friends. Just, in love. The more I felt into it, I realised something: we often credit other people for giving this energy to us. That it is another person’s presence that makes us feel ‘in love’ and that this is what makes the world more magical and beautiful. It’s not. It’s that we are gazing at another person with so much love, that it opens our hearts up significantly, and the rest of the world looks better too. So, the energy I’ve been exploring lately is ‘what if I just cut out the middleman’. To just have that feeling of being in love, without needing another person there for it. My god, it makes the world magical, light, beautiful, pleasurable, easy. That’s what this formula is for.

Plump Potion.

This stuff. If your as prone to dry skin as I am, then this stuff is a game-changer. I noticed in the last couple of years that I’m just drying out faster. My skin feels a little more wrinkled and crispy. This formula is my remedy to that— it plumps your skin (and mucous membranes) from the inside out, with a combination of marshmallow, shatavari, hyaluronic acid, collagen, pearl. It’s truly magic in a jar, and has now surpassed all my other products as best-seller! It is a pretty neutral flavour that can get added to almost any liquid— I mix it in with protein shakes, coffee, dandy blend, bone broth, cocoa. I have a pre-order going so that nobody misses out this time. A+ highly recommend.

Plump Choco.

Plump Choco is basically Plump Potion, with cocoa added— where plump potion is a neutral flavour that can go in almost any liquid, Plump Choco is an unctuous, delicious, creamy-feeling cocoa blend. A cup before bed is doing your whole body good.

Cactus Rose Hydration Mist.

A new product that I have just started making and using myself, this is a mist with Wild Rose hydrosol, cactus extract and hyaluronic acid. If you’re drawn to Plump Potion because your skin is drying out and losing its youthful plushness, then this one goes SO well with it (they both go amazingly well with Queen of the Desert too, but I think there’s only one bottle of that left!). It’s luscious, light, feels amazing, and visibly reduces fine lines and makes your skin feel more youthful! Follow with an oil or moisturizer to lock in the glow <3. This one sold out in 5 minutes so I'm doing a pre-order for it, too, so that everyone who wants one can get one.

Those are my top picks!

Big hugs,

Rebecca

I learned to do an aerial a few years ago. I want to clarify that this is not about me being good at gymnastics- I'm not. Whatever the absolute shittest version of an aerial is, with bent legs, and flailing arms is, that's how I look doing an aerial. But I learned something about life that I want to share here. An aerial is basically a cartwheel, but you don't use your hands. So it's a flying cartwheel. It LOOKS like a physics-defying cartwheel, but it's actually a physics-obeying cartwheel....

A client was telling me that people exhaust her, or affect her mood. That is is hard to stay connected to her own heart path when she’s around others. The Guides took over in our chat. It’s kinda cool the way it works with them– they send information but it’s filtered through the person they send it to. I spend a lot of time learning about trauma and nervous systems and such, so it gets filtered through my mind and worldview. They responded with something that utterly, entirely blew my mind....

“What’s going to happen with this relationship?” “What’s going to happen with the election?” “Should I take this job?” Clients come to me with questions like this. I’ve started telling people up front, before we even start “I’m not psychic. The guides aren’t psychics. We don’t predict the future.” I do it myself all the time though. Every morning I sit and have conversations with my spirit guides. Sometimes I ask them about cosmological stuff (how does this work? How does energy work? How...
